Saint Francis Xavier (SFX) Feast – Sunday 1 December 2024

  

On 1 December 2024 we will host the feast of St Francis Xavier.  This time our Youth will take a lead role in celebrating the mass alongside Fr. Jean Noel and your attendance is welcomed.

Details are as follows:  

Mass Time:         11 am

Church:  St Emilie De Vialar Catholic Church , 151 Amherst Road – Canning Vale

Fellowship:  Following the mass there will be a fellowship at the School Hall, adjacent to the Church, from 12 noon to 3 pm.
 

Children’s Christmas Tree – Sunday 15 December 2024

 This Committee wants to ensure that all age groups are covered in the calendar of events hosted by the GOAWA. This year, the Children’s Christmas Tree will include a Christmas play amongst other fun events. If you have a child interested in becoming a part of the Christmas play that will occur at the children's Christmas party, please send your contact information, the child's name and the child's age to the youth coordinator at faithrebello707@gmail.com 

New Year’s Eve (NYE) Dance 2024: Tuesday 31 December 2024

 The NYE Dance will be held at the ISWA Hall, Willetton. Come with bells and whistles, first in best dressed!!! More detail in the next newsletter 

Event Entry Conditions

  • GOAWA Committee, as the organiser, reserves the right, with reasonable cause, to refuse entry or remove any person without entitlement to a refund, including any person who causes a disturbance or refuses to comply with reasonable requests made by the Organiser.
  • Guest must comply with any reasonable directions given by the Organiser and the security arrangements for the event and the venue.
  • All children attending the event must be under supervised by adult guardian at all times.
  • Smoking is not permitted within the Event Precinct.
  • Persons gaining unauthorised access to the event may be liable for action.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, withdraw, postpone or re-schedule any displays or presentations in the event.
  • The Organiser and/or a representative of the Organiser will be taking promotional photography and videos at this event for promotional purposes. Guest who does not wish to be photographed or filmed at the event should advise the photographer or camera person at the event. Photographs taken at the event by the Organiser and/or a representative of the Organiser may be used on social media websites, on the Organiser’s websites and other social and news media. Photographs and video may also be used within promotional material such as advertisements and promotional material.
  • The Organiser will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage suffered by you in connection with the event and the venue, including liability for any injury, loss or damage caused by the Organiser.
